Rich Johnson is a Solutions Architect with 28 years of
highly diverse, entrepreneurial experience in the manufacturing
and computer industries. He has a proven ability to
translate complex customer
requirements into effective solutions for mission critical
applications.
Rich began his career at General Electric Aircraft Engines where
he developed and supported information technology to support
various manufacturing processes such as Distributed Numerical
Control, Equipment Utilization Reporting, Work Order Management
and Tooling Inventory Control.
Rich joined Digital Equipment Corporation in 1978 as a
Manufacturing Systems Consultant at the Application Center for
Technology. In that capacity, he consulted with many of
Digital’s largest customers, developing and implementing
corporate Information Technology strategies. Rich left
Digital in 1994 to start Infusion, Inc, an IT Services
Consultancy. His client base included several
leading manufacturing companies.
Rich entered into a long-term contract with Hewlett-Packard
(then Compaq) in 2001 as a Solutions Architect focused on
developing custom IT solutions for HP customers around the
world. A small sample of Rich’s work includes the design
and delivery of an internet-based secured instant messaging
system, the design and prototype of a wireless vehicle
communications system for a major automotive manufacturer, and
the design and delivery of a system used
internally at HP to track third-party application availability
on a variety of platforms.

Peggy McGrath is a Program/Project Manager with almost 20
years experience in business development, project management,
partner support programs, product management, compliance and legal
processes, and financial
reporting.
In her most recent role, she led a team of globally dispersed
designers, programmers, database administrators, user interface
design specialists, and writers to complete a major IT project to
support the sales force, resellers, and customers of HP. This
project encompassed the integration of major databases into a single
database, the development of web update tools for updating program
information, online reports with dynamically generated information,
an ad hoc reporting tool, a new security and permissions model, and
customer and application portfolio tracking tools.
Peggy is a results-oriented MBA-educated professional who has
initiated and directed organizational programs to deliver critical
information to local and regional sales, account teams, business
critical organizations, escalation teams, and other customer-facing
groups. This support has included escalation services, early
partner recruitment programs, regional communications, access to
porting tools and engineering support, the development of sales and
solutions collateral, and tools to locate application support
information. In this capacity, Peggy has also provided
training and informational sessions on key partner resources
available to facilitate the closing of business.
